FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Do I have to pay for shipping?
For ALL items shipping will be added as you complete the order process. For all ORIGINAL paintings If you reside in the Houston area we can arrange to meet in person and shipping will be deducted.
2. What shipping options do you have?
I offer standard ground shipping on all orders. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship unless stated other wise in the product description.
3. Do you do custom orders?
Yes, I can do custom canvas paintings, apparel/sneakers, and murals. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire.
4. What do you NOT do as far as custom art?
I do not do any digital artworks including logos and/or cover art. I do not do tattoo sketches/drawings. I also do not do portraits including more than 2 people.
5. Do you have a return policy?
Items delivered damaged/open can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchanged items. All apparel items are final sale due to COVID-19.
